Position Overview

The Marketing Intern will work with the entire Marketing Department to support their needs.  This is an excellent opportunity to get hands-on experience in a Marketing group in a fast-growth SaaS software company. This role will focus primarily on our demand generation and marketing operations, but might also be asked to help in other areas including social media.

Required

  • be a NYC-based undergraduate student who can work 10-15 hours during the school year and 30-40 hours over the summer.  We know that you are a student first, so school and exams will always be prioritized.   We do our best to be flexible around your schedule.
  • be a Business, Marketing, or entrepreneurial studies major who is interested in B2B marketing.
  • Interested in and/or no fear in learning about new marketing tools.
  • Interested in being part of a greater marketing team.

 

Experience and Skills the Internship Offers
In addition to being paid $18-20 per hour (based on qualifications) for this internship, you will be able to:

  • learn the ins and outs of working for a Software-as-a-Service company, and specifically how Marketing operates and is measured.
  • work closely with our Outbound Marketing Manager to ensure that our Marketing and Sales team has the information they need to outreach to prospects and close deals, as well as educate our current customers about current software and new improvements.  
  • assist in all aspects from conception, to execution, through follow up, and over time will be asked to own specific projects/programs. 
  • learn about the importance of clean data for successful marketing and nurturing, as well as be exposed to the latest marketing automation tools.
  • be responsible for your own projects – a real experience and resume builder. The team will support you, but we will embrace you as part of the marketing team.
