The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for leading customer engagements onto the Marketing Evolution platform. The right candidate will excel in managing complex projects, leading strategic customer conversations, building long-lasting relationships, and working cross collaboratively. Additionally, this role will be tasked with maintaining and continuously improving the onboarding process and experience, including driving improvements within internal and external workflows, building customer-facing documentation, and working with the product to enhance the platform.
