Position Overiew

The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for leading customer engagements onto the Marketing Evolution platform.  The right candidate will excel in managing complex projects, leading strategic customer conversations, building long-lasting relationships, and working cross collaboratively. Additionally, this role will be tasked with maintaining and continuously improving the onboarding process and experience, including driving improvements within internal and external workflows, building customer-facing documentation, and working with the product to enhance the platform.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Successfully onboard customers onto the marketing evolution platform.
  • Work cross functionally to capture customer objectives and translate them into an execution plan.
  • Manage customer implementation timelines.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • Drive high satisfaction ratings for new Marketing Evolution customers.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and process. PMP Certification a huge plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including work within Mar-tech, Ad-tech, and/or Consumer Research disciplines.
  • Basic understanding of the data ecosystem including digital (Doubleclick, DSP’s, DMP’s, Adwords, Liveramp), traditional media, as well as CRM systems.
  • Understands SaaS platforms, including experience in onboarding customers onto a tech platform.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other Project Management software.
  • Thrives in customer-facing roles, including relationship building, expectation setting, and timeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); serve as a conduit between the customer, Operations, Account Management, and Product.
  • A self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, commitment to follow through, often under tight deadlines with minimal direction.
  • An ongoing desire to go beyond project-specific work, be innovative, and bring new ideas to the table to improve the implementation process and product.

Metrics for Success

All employees have annual career growth goals based on their position and core skills/development areas; team members receive performance reviews bi-annually.
Customer satisfaction and the ability to drive large efficiency gains are the most important measures of success.
