Position Overview

The Product Management team at Marketing Evolution is a small but critical function that connects our product development efforts with customer success. We function as the voice of the customer, both leaders and end users, to drive both today’s capabilities as well as the vision for tomorrow. The growing team needs a highly organized, analytical and creative analyst to support the creation and evolution of our industry-changing media planning and buying software. 


  • Vet and properly integrate data sources into our product platform.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to answer queries about how to best use the platform.
  • Collect and interpret customer requirements into product feature specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Development to create clear instructions/requests for development work.
  • Keep team apprised of new media/ad options on the horizon and contribute to solutions to integrate these touchpoints into the software. Essentially, own the management of our overall touchpoint inventory.
  • Be an in-house power user of our software (with training), thus embodying the customer experience of our day-to-day users.



  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or other relevant field.
  • 2+ years media agency experience, working on brands with $20-100+ annual budgets.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital media planning, buying and ad ops is critical – spanning display, social, video, and some search. Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem is critical. 
  • Exceptionally proficient with Microsoft Excel (advanced versions), PowerPoint and Google Docs.
  • Desire and appreciation for being part of a growing team that:

  • Familiarity and comfort with advanced project management systems like Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of national TV and other traditional media a strong plus.
  • Appetite to learn new project management techniques and work in an Agile environment is key to success.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail should be instilled at a high level relative to experience. Thinking both logically and creatively about issues to find a resolution.
