Position Overview

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible of the execution of events and webinars. This person will ensure that all events are successful, while also paying attention to budget and time constraints. As the Event and Webinar Marketing Manager, you will be a project manager who is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined webinar program strategy to support marketing, sales, and customer service. These online and offline events are an integral part of Marketing Evolution’s strategy, and with that said, we’re looking for a self-starter who can conceptualize and produce an event and webinar strategy, alongside our in-house marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Marketing Evolution’s event and sponsorship strategy and create a roadmap for execution.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer support, product, etc.) to plan, manage and execute all webinar programs and initiatives. 
  • Partner with the sales team to drive alignment on event execution, pre, post and during events and webinars
  • Create, maintain and execute an event and webinar schedule
  • Plan and execute Marketing Evolution’s annual customer event from start to finish
  • Prepare budgets and adhere to them
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers and then supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
  • Post event feedback, reporting and ROI analysis

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years in an Event Marketing role for a B2B Enterprise software or SaaS company
  • BA or BS Degree required
  • Experience with B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems (, Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot) and deep understanding of webinar technology
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent eye for detail, fast on your feet and a problem solver
  • Ability to multitask and take the lead on several events simultaneously
  • Expertise, willingness and flexibility in working in a high-energy start-up
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required
